the best western plus had a great location, super close to major roads for getting around orange county. i loved the fitness center, and the outdoor swimming pool was a nice bonus. not to mention, the coffee shop on-site was convenient, perfect for grabbing a quick drink!

I stayed for 9 nights, and the staff was super nice and even gave me a free upgrade! My room was clean and had a comfy bed. But the carpet was kinda gross, and there was a weird deodorant smell all over the place. Breakfast was okay if you're into fatty food, but not a lot of healthy options.

I had a pleasant stay with friendly staff who were very welcoming upon arrival. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of options, which was great for my picky eater. The room was clean and well-sized, making it comfortable for my family. However, I would have liked to see a better selection of pillows as the ones provided were not supportive enough for a good night's sleep.

Just a fitting option for a city trip in Placentia with outstanding value for money. The comfortable beds made our stay quite enjoyable after a long day. Consider bringing your own snacks since there's no microwave in the room.

It was also great to have easy access to fresh air through open windows, which is important for us seniors.

Comfortable room, convenient location, we enjoyed the spacious parking area and the peaceful environment, which was perfect for a good night's rest before heading to Disneyland, just a short 15-minute walk away.

During my stay, I found the beds to be super comfy and the overall atmosphere of the place was just right for some relaxing downtime after a busy day. additionally, the hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from beautiful parks like Steve Ambriz Memorial Park, making it easy to enjoy nature during my city strolls.

The room was okay, but definitely had its issues. I struggled with a broken shower nozzle. took forever to get the water right. There was a weird sewer smell in the bathroom, and the carpet felt sticky. Also, the gap under the door was so big anyone could look inside—definitely not cool. And I think the front desk staff might have gotten me sick too. Totally a mixed bag here.
